Hello Denz, the cheapest is via Don Salvador Benedicto as discussed in this post. Travel time is about two hours and bus fare is lower compared to taking the Bacolod-Cebu via Escalante. Thanks for dropping by!

There’s a Bacolod to Cebu trip at 12:15 PM – aircon (via Don Salvador Benedicto)
I can’t guarantee it’s accurate though. I have no latest information on their trips. Better call them to confirm. Their Bacolod number is (034) 433-4993. Hope it helps.
