Boxing fans travel to Texas for Pacquiao vs. Margarito meet at Cowboys Stadium

Texas will be expecting many tourists and guests again over the weekend. Thanks to another big boxing event on Saturday at the Cowboys Stadium, the Manny Pacquiao vs. Antonio Margarito match for super welterweight title. The event is expected to draw a huge crowd, even more than the 50,000 boxing fans that came last March for Pacquiao’s match with Joshua Clottey. Let’s see if it can be more than the crowd that came to watch the 1978 heavyweight title match between Muhammad Ali and Leon Spinks which drew an audience of 63,315 boxing enthusiasts at the Louisiana Superdome.

There are some mixed predictions from boxing experts about who will win the fight but it is going to be an exciting one as promised by both Pacquiao and Margarito as seen in the video below:

At $54.95, boxing fans are willing to pay for the much-awaited pay-per-view (PPV) telecast scheduled at 9PM on Saturday. Some fans won’t settle for PPV or internet live stream of the event though, they’d rather watch it right where the action is, at the Cowboys Stadium, known to be the largest domed stadium in the world.
